Good to know
The Refinery is a working farm, and this listing is for the two houses on the property, the main larger 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath - with a master suite on the ground floor and three other bedrooms upstairs. The larger home has 4 living room areas - making for a LOT of space to gather, play games, set up movies for kiddos. The smaller, single story "cottage" style home is a stone's throw away, with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. There is a hot tub on the back patio of the cottage, as well as a picnic table and a bbq. The cottage also has a living room with a sleeper sofa. Each unit has it's own laundry facilities for guests to use. Let me know if you have any questions, I'll update the listing today too! Other Details to Note
We ask that guests do not use the indoor fireplaces. No pets are permitted due to the very soft nature of the flooring and potentially unsafe surroundings on the farm. We also ask that children only play in the fenced backyard of the main house or within eyeshot of the backyard / front yard of the cottage, and not roam the farm as there is decommissioned farm equipment, a creek, marsh area and wildlife.

The two houses will be exclusively yours. The Refinery is a working farm and we do ask that children only play in the fenced backyard of the main house and not roam the farm, due to decommissioned farm equipment, a creek, marshlands and wildlife. Keep kiddos where you can see them at all times.
