Mother's Master Suite Upstairs - in our Rhododendron papered room, you may not want to join the other guests because your space is so comprehensive and lovely. Complete with a King size bed made up with 100% cotton sheets, West Elm Duvet with an all season Canadian Down insert on a Helix Mattress, crib with crib mattress and organic cotton sheet, 43" Samsung Smart TV, full Graber black out blinds, fireplace, 3 person couch, rocking chair, two side tables, whimsical sconces, a beautiful two person shower, soaking tub with lake view, toilet, sink and vanity with large mirror and amazing light for all your powdering needs. Not to mention the oversized additional closet where we've put a changing table and additional armchair for respite. This room is newly carpeted, features a bench overlooking the largest lake view window, a dollhouse and other wooden toys for your little to enjoy. Platinum Room Upstairs - Queen Velvet bed, with Helix mattress, 100% cotton sheets, Quince duvet stuffed with all season Canadian Down insert, two side tables, table lamps, larger mirrored dresser and oversized closet with two large lake windows dressed with Graber blackout blinds, featuring wood floors and a rug to keep your toes warm in the crisp mornings. Peacock ADA friendly Room Downstairs - JUST as you enter the house, which does demand going up two porch steps, you'll turn right into the French doors of the peacock room that has no lip or step, making entrance seamless. In this carpeted room, with Graber blackout blinds on each window (including the French doors), you'll find a beautiful Cane Wicker King Size bed made with 100% cotton sheets, a Crate and Barrel Duvet, stuffed with a Canadian Down insert and a comfortable, private seating area, two side tables, sconces with cord switches, a closet and access to a nearby bathroom that has an ADA friendly shower as well. Chartreuse Balcony Room (downstairs) - On the other side of the bathroom, you'll find the second downstairs bedroom with French doors out to a lake view balcony. Complete with a 55" Smart Samsung TV, an entire collection of Charles Dickens books, shelving for clothes and Anthropologie seating area, this will be a room worth racing for. This bed is again made up with 100% cotton sheets and a gorgeous cotton duvet, stuffed with an all season Canadian Down insert. Lots of extra blankets and throws are available in the living room on our blanket ladder as well. 3 bathrooms - 1 on main floor, 2 upstairs. ADA Friendly Downstairs Bathroom features easy walk in shower with no lip as well as grab bars for the shower and toilet. This bathroom has an interior locking door handle for privacy. Hair Dryer Provided in each bathroom. Upstairs Guest Bath - Shower, toilet, Sink, Shelving for hair dryer (provided), towels and tissue box. Master Bath - Two person shower, Soaking Tub overlooking the Lake, Large Vanity Counter with Oversized Mirror and Lamp, Toilet. Hair Dryer Provided in each bathroom. Kitchen - The Kitchen may be the star of the show. Completely remodeled with new countertops, sink, dishwasher, painted cabinets, you'll enjoy our Swedish Janska Oven with 8 gas burners, Easy use Griddle, and two oven compartments with lots of easy pull out oven racks. Enjoy our non-stick Greenpan pots and pans set as well as a full array of baking pans, sheets, utensils and more! The kitchen also hosts a 10 cup coffee maker, locally roasted ground coffee, tea kettle, toaster, microwave and all the additional tools you could want to make a beautiful, delicious meal. Dining Room - Our dining room has seating and settings for 10, but there are also 2 bar stools at the kitchen counter that is within arms reach of the table. There is also one desk chair in a small alcove section of the kitchen. You'll also be pleased to know we have a highchair on location for your convenience. Whether your style is true antique, durable stoneware or kid friendly bamboo we've got you covered. Wine glasses, water glasses, coffee mugs - no one will be without a yummy drink, which reminds me - the water is pristine and delicious to drink straight from the tap! Enjoy the mountain water. Living Room - The living room features 2 lovely brown velvet couches, newly wallpapered walls, 3 accent chairs and a garden table with seating for 3 to enjoy puzzles or coffee nearby the fireplace. Upstairs Overlook - With seating for 7, this is the spot for the night owl's. Enjoy being tucked away with a circular dining table for four and couch with comfy seating for 3 and an array of puzzles and games to play into the night. Outdoor Spaces - You'll find benches and rocking Adirondack chairs scattered on the varying patios, balconies and porches. There is also a propane firepit on the back porch that has access down to the backyard out from the dining room. Laundry Room - Our laundry room is mostly storage for our cleaning team but you are welcome to use the brand new Samsung washer and dryer set with provided laundry detergent sheets.
