Tucked into the fully fenced and forested quarter of our lot, once parked and past the gate you'll feel as though you've entered the best camping spot in the entire campground - only thing is, you've got the whole place to yourself. Our aim was to create the best of camping without any of the pain that usually accompanies it. No packing up the camper, trailer hookups, towing on wild highways, backing up and parking, loud neighbors but instead... complete privacy, a fully outfitted camper with all the interior amenities you could dream of (think fully equipped kitchen, games, books, bedding, toilet paper - we've got it all) a propane fire pit, already chopped firewood for the WOOD FIRE HOT TUB under the stars, a solar outdoor shower to rinse yourself off, a large curved deck with a table and chairs. Please note : the wood fire hot tub requires you to start and maintain a fire to heat it up. We are happy to do so for you for a $75 add on. It takes 2-3 hours on top of our typical water maintenance that is always included. Depending on the season you may even find a fridge stocked with farm fresh eggs. The property that the campsite is located on is also fully gated so you won't have to worry about security and your privacy. Unless you need something you'll be fully left alone and safe. PLEASE note that Vintage Camping Trailers are petite. The walking path from the front to the back of the trailer is narrow. The bed is a FULL size mattress. That being said, we did spring for a very tall mattress so once you're in the bed you will be as comfy as possible. This camping experience is best for those who are also petite. Tall travelers may find the height of the inside shower and the entire camper a bit cramped. Additionally, the bed can most definitely fit two sleepers but please ensure you comfortably fit on a full size mattress before you commit. Remember, the spirit of this stay is luxury camping, but it's still camping. If you're looking for more of a spacious spot to sleep, check out some of our sister listings. Absolutely no more than 2 guests permitted - it does not suit more than 2 human bodies to be in this small of a space and we therefore ask you to not ask us to make exceptions for small children who will push your occupancy over 2. Trust us, we tried with our daughter, son in law and their newborn. It's just a tangle in the middle of the night and won't make for an enjoyable stay for anyone. NO PETS are allowed in the camper also. With the camper being almost 50 years old, it makes for a fragile surrounding and not something made to endure pets. We have security cameras at the entrance and will ask guests who bring accompanying pets to leave.
