We had an amazing time at the AlderMoss Retreat! The property is massive and beautifully maintained with rainforest hiking trails on the property itself. You will be within a short drive of all the epic beaches and rainforests the Olympic Peninsula has to offer. I will say that the Retreat itself is so beautiful and surrounded by nature that it was always hard to leave. The log cabin was thoughtfully decorated and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need. The bathrooms were super clean with plenty of towels for all. As a special note for any shower snobs out there you can rest assured that the water pressure, temperature, and shower heads all met our high standards and we thoroughly enjoyed cleaning off every night after being out in nature all day. After a hot shower the comfy beds were ready to snuggle us up and get us rested up for the next day’s adventures. It’s clear Hannah and Chelsea know what they’re doing and we are already thinking of coming back.

This was by far the best vacation rental our family has ever stayed in. The location was private and beautiful. The photos do not do it justice. The home was spotless and beautifully decorated. Nice cooking supplies, comfortable beds, and furniture. All consumable supplies were fully stocked. Normally when we stay a week somewhere we need to restock tp and paper towels halfway through our trip. This didn’t happen here and there was even extra leftover at the end of our trip. The landscaping was gorgeous and well maintained. I had foot surgery before our trip and was able to do all the walking trails with a boot on. The host is really quick to respond. She came right over with extra fans when we arrived during a hot spell. We will stay here again.

We so enjoyed our stay at Aldermoss! It was a magical place! The cabin was spacious, modern and clean and the property was above and beyond our expectations! We had our own personal rainforest out the front door with multiple trails to explore every day! Our hostesses were helpful and kind. We did experience a small glitch in our stay to which they responded very generously and professionally. We recommend this amazing luxury cabin to anyone and everyone and hope to return someday ourselves!

We have stayed in quite a few Airbnb properties in the past. This property is at the top of the list. It’s a beautiful home surrounded by beautiful nature. The house was spotless and had everything that we needed. We would definitely stay at this home again. Hannah was very receptive to any questions that we had and answered promptly. If you’re going to the Pacific Northwest, stay in this home!

This is the most beautiful vacation rental my family has ever stayed in. The house is quiet, comfortable, and spotless with gorgeous furniture, bedding, and decorations. The star of the show, though, is the setting and landscaping. The grounds are beautiful with stream access and many groomed trails right on the property. Each night, we watched the Elk came to graze in the adjacent meadow while we cooked hot dogs and s'mores over the outdoor fire pit. We came to the peninsula to see Olympic National Park and ended up staying in our very own private oasis. This is the perfect base camp for exploring the park - about halfway between the Hoh Rainforest and Lake Crescent. We will be back!
